I can sysprep the image on this machine without any issues. The issue only occurs upon the first boot after updating to 20H2 and running sysprep — jwitt. Unfortunately this will not work. I plan on deploying this image to 40 other computers. I tried the command in Windows 7, and it ran ok. Hopefully this resolves the issue. The command worked in Windows 7, however the problem still occurs. I am going to try to create the reefernece image on a different computer and see if that works.
