Hello, I previously had Minecraft for Windows Edition successfully installed for over a year. Today, after many failed attempts to upgrade from 1. However, now I am unable to install Minecraft all using the Microsoft Store. I have tried every fix listed here:. Without success. Thanks Greg. I have the same problem. I’ve updated to latest version of Windows 10 and tried all of the above. Like some of you, I too had a son that srror extremely disappointed last Saturday when he went to log on to realms to play with his friends.

Having windows 10 minecraft error free same issue here. Originally started when I tried to update minecraft for windows 10 on multiple devices. Some worked but two of them would not update from version 1. On one device I removed minecraft and tried to reinstall from the store.

I posted this same question on the 11th of April. Really wish I got told the redeem codes were refreshed. I tried redeeming Minecraft for Win10 about 2 weeks after the beta came out. However, when I redeemed it, I was unable to download it. That didn’t bother me too much, as I preferred Java, at the time. But, if you read the text below, I couldn’t play. There’s no record of me redeeming the code, yet I get told the code has already been redeemed.
Since I never got ANY information about the redeem codes being refreshed or new ones being sent , I would much appreciate it if I could receive some help with this. And I would like it if I ACTUALLY got help, rather than just receiving an email saying my case has been resolved, especially when it’s for a support request that I didn’t make, without receiving any help, nor information. I did use it however, I just never got the Windows 10 Edition Whenever I try to re-redeem it, I get a message saying “This code has already been redeemed. Bluntly put, I should have received a redeem code twice, the first one back in or , and one 2 months ago I didn’t even get an email nor notification about this , when new ones were sent out to people like me who had problems redeeming their codes. As I didn’t “purchase” the code but gained it from being eligible, from having bought the game before , it can not be refunded I’m sure you are aware of this?
