Windows 10 Version has many problems that have been plaguing my computer at times. Won’t Login At Times 2. After Upgrading from Windows 10 Version not able to login to my computer at times same issue was in Windows 10 Version When the issue occurred on Windows 10 Version I just would rollback to Windows 10 Version since it had not problems whatsoever but now that Version is reaching its ending of support for Updates and Microsoft is forcing Users to Upgrade to the Next Version I’m forced to keep this version of the FLAWED and Buggy Windows 10; Version with all of these errors and problems occurring.

Windows 10 Version won’t Hibernate and stays on even though Power Settings tell it to do so after 30 Minutes of inactivity. I used to have the Display turn off at 15 minutes but that also wasn’t working in Windows 10 Version so I turned it off like it used to be off when my computer was still using Windows 7.

Note: I never had or upgraded to Windows 8 for in my opinion it was terrible and I didn’t want that OS that I considered to be trash. Installers on Windows 10 Version won’t open and if they open they don’t work and just hang. Windows 10 Version freezes as in Explorer. The Folder that has the Installer in it is also not responding and is stuck to the desktop unless you press the Task Bar Option of Switching to the Desktop. It is requiring a Forced Shutdown. It takes many Forced Restarts to get passed this before the Computer will Login.

Then it is meet with the issues recorded above! And I haven’t been able to get a Screenshot taken when the Computer is trying to Shutdown or Restart; and I haven’t been able to get one with it spinning on the “Welcome” Screen. I’ve also still discovered that this program that was in Windows 10 Version that I suspected was causing the errors for not be able to login is STILL in Windows 10 and Microsoft has includes it in Windows 10 Version even though many people I have seen want to be able to remove it; it is still un-removable.

I have seen and been using many computers that have been using Windows 10 Version and also now Version and many of them DON’T have this JUNK program yet my computer which like many of those other computers is a Laptop has it for some illogical purpose when I don’t want it whatsoever.

I have though been able to remove everything related to Mixed Reality Viewer and the 3D Viewer Program from my Computer which I didn’t need or want anyways. The errors for 1 – 5 I have attempted to try and fix on my own and nothing has worked. They have still occurred in doing Clean Boots, and a Clean Install. I have even disabled my Norton Internet Security to see if that was the problem and that didn’t help either.

I had Norton disabled and not to restart until I started it when I upgraded from Windows 10 Version to Windows 10 Version , but it didn’t help. I couldn’t unistall it because I don’t have the Install Program available and Norton Symantec is trying to get me to install and purchase Norton if I remove Norton Internet Security. I have had viruses and spyware using Winodws Defender so I don’t trust it whatsoever. I can’t rollback to Windows 10 Version again for soon Microsoft is going to force this Update Windows 10 Version on me anyways and then I’ll have to deal with all of this all over again.

The fact here is that when these errors aren’t occurring and I am able to login into my computer Windows 10 Version is working for use as long as I don’t run installers of any kind and just use my computer to get online and Office Programs; and also if I don’t intend to Shutdown the Computer or Restart it.

Then and only then aren’t there any problems. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Hi there i’m “Techgeni” If you are having windows 10 software issue’s, than I’d Recommend that install windows 7, or 8. Win 8. It never caused the errors I had with Windows 10 Version and the same errors and more with Windows 10 Version I say won’t fix because browsing online with Google Searches has constantly shown that I am not the only Windows 10 Version or Windows 10 Version user that have had these issues.

Issues apparently that Microsoft is content to ignore! You must have failed to read or fully grasp and comprehend the situation here because I cannot open or use any Installers of any kind whatsoever with Windows 10 Version Windows 10 Version will NOT allow me to do so! Now the Downloaded program for MediaCreationTool is frozen in limbo and will not open whatsoever on my computer! Takes multiple forced restarts before it does.

Always requires a Forced Restart. The same happens when installing Updates through Windows Update. And this is a NEW ONE The desktop screen goes to black at times including once updates are done installing through Windows Update and not even before trying to Restart to finish installing them. All of these problems are still only fixed by a Forced Restart and then fighting the first issue; the Logging In Issue.

Thus due to all of this, pretty much when doing nothing on Windows 10 Version is when it works; this includes using Office Programs and browsing on Microsoft Edge.

That Version is Windows 10 Version yet Microsoft is forcing myself and many users to the next version of Windows; the Buggy and Glitching Windows 10 Version to keep those computers up-to-date with Security Updates. Whatever Microsoft did to Windows 10 Version to make Version and Version they broke Windows 10 for many users and they need to admit to it and fix these problems before more and more people are plagued with them.

Simple Google Searches have proven to me that I am not the only one having these issues and no one has a fix! This is the longest its ever taken to access my Desktop Screen that i am typing this on my iPad just to post this.

One tging is for sure there is no corrupted user account since the Hidden Administrator Account has NEVER been used and its also suffering from the same probles with these issues. What does that account still have in common with my TRUE user account? It also has Norton Internet Security which was disabled for this install but snot removed since i dont have the installation program anymore and Norton wants me to purchase Norton when i dont want it. Well I see this post was originally begun in July, and I am wondering if you have ever reached any resolution?

I too have a list of problems that I wouldn’t even know where to start at the push of the power button, and all or almost all are not the problems you mention. The thing that really annoys me, and I am being ‘nice’ about this, is that they shove the update on you It was only that tonight I was so frustrated with the problems – the convenience of a laptop I believe I was running hell, it could’ve been , and all I know was that I had a functioning system until the “hey, I’m not looking for a new experience,” or “I want a totally dysfunctional Microsoft operating system ” with so many baffling issues, you don’t know where to start, as it seems almost impossible to fix everything Microsoft develops the damn revolving updates, they constantly have “known problems,” and there never seems to be an official Microsoft support vehicle to actually get them to rectify the problems they have created!

I love the unofficial help, and the try this, or go to this site, and try what they are doing, and so on, and so on. Just wondering if you found resolution – I still have no clue where to even begin with all the issues I have.

Before trying this Account I got the same results trying to login to the normally Hidden Administrator Account. What program is surely still running? My computer can’t even run any Virtual Reality Software or Programs for it’s nit supported yet this program is in Windows 10 and un-removable!

Windows 10 version 1903 update problems free. [SOLVED] Windows Feature Update to 1903 Fails

Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. It took a very long time, but finally I’ve got my computer back to “normal”. During install phase the install lags and then hangs. Notice comes up eventually regarding Avgx Later it mentions SA error Avg is NOT installed on the machine. Machine has run cleanly and upgraded automatically without a hitch since the beginning of the Win 10 program when it was brand spanking new.

Security has been McAfee Total Protection also since start. I have no idea where to trouble shoot at this point. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Andre for Directly Independent Advisor. I’m here to help you with your problem. We are aware of reports from users experiencing problems installing the latest Feature Update, version which is in the process of rolling out. A couple issues we are aware of that might block the upgrade include the following: – You need to ensure you have 10 to 16 GBs of free space.

What is the exact make and model? In reply to DaveM’s post on June 13, I hope now I’ll be able to use my notebook ‘normally’ again. In reply to rpdiehl’s post on June 29, WE had problem for a few days. Printer Delays, Slow Processing, disconnections. We had to delete and go back to a previous earlier dated version to make the PC work. WE have two pcs and are trying to delay, block the update. It looks like I can only delay for 30 days or so.

I wish I could block the update permanently. I don'[t have any applications being used that were listed in the features up grade. The solution to my successfully updating to version was a 3-day telephone marathon wherein the Microsoft technician from India remoted into my computer.

He eventually had to completely uninstall Windows 10 and reinstall. He then deleted all unnecessary files. My computer runs like a charm now; however, the 3-day 6 hours per day sessions took a lot of patience and perseverance on both sides. At least it got fixed! I am having an issue installing the Windows 10 version I received a message telling me that I need to update or remove AVG Antivirus before the installation will continue. I attempted to remove the program but it is not installed on my computer.

Please advise a solution to my problem. In reply to MaryMcCoy3’s post on August 4, I am having the same problem Mary I have installed on about computers laptops and desktops ,Not one of the computer updated automatically ,Many have not updated since ,Version does not auto install on any computer that I have checked You must manually select the option to do the update and most of the further updates after that.

Every computer that I repair or set up I put a shortcut on the desktop and tell my customers to check it at least once a month. The biggest problem model was a new Microsoft surface laptop it stuffed up on the last of the updates. The Nvidea graphics card dropped in and out , you could not release the keyboard , because it loaded 6 files which could not be closed.

It dropped the speed down by half. I restored the computer back to and then tried to down load and update to via the Windows its ready to download notification , It failed 8 times and on the 9th time it worked and was perfect. I installed the same on a surface laptop 2 which was supposed to not work because of the Nvidea graphics card problem previously it worked perfectly. I will not let a computer go out unless its running So the only computer that stuffed up was the Surface book one ,but once I got rid of it worked after 8 tries.

I have found many computers will try and download the upgrade plus run another version from the upgrade assistant. So I will not use it as it forces 2 lot of user identities which can cause the computer to crash as it cant decide which user to boot off and if it picks the wrong one that is not finished installing that’s the end of things.

So you need turn disconnect from the internet to stop it all continuing for ever. I have had customers computers running non stop to try and finish but it cant. All Windows The major problem the world will have to face is the Microsoft decision to stop supporting all but enterprise and Education support after 18 months.

So unless this problem is fixed there will be millions of computers with no Microsoft support. I had one today on it would not update and when manually updating via Media creation tools it would not let it install until the serial number was installed even thou the version is activated on the machine.

So being linked to the mother board deal did not work at all. I fixed the problem by using another used serial number that it accepted straight of and continued to install then. So I hope this all helps some people out. I used to use AVG before switching to Webroot. This site in other languages x.
