The same has happened with the Excalibur font. My Printers Apprentice not only shows it as installed, but shows the font. But it is not appearing in Publisher Screen dumps attached. Alfred Posted April 2, Weirder and weirder said Alice. The design opened OK and said that the font was present. Publisher still refused. So I saved the package in Designer, then reloaded the font from the package. It said font present – do you want to replace it, answered yes and installed.

This is a really great program. But I seem to have a lot of bad luck. Things happening to me and not to other people. It took me a while to figure out how to use the latest version to get my fonts to work for iOS But just when I got the hang of that, another problem came up three days ago, after recent update Feb 27? I use Scrivener and anytime I click on the font formatting button inside Scrivener the program crashes.
